Ed Hrvatin is a seasoned private equity investment professional with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and post-acquisition growth strategies. Ed led M&A for a private investment firm with $8 billion in assets and 100 portfolio companies. He was previously with GE Capital for 10 years where he held leadership roles in business development, sales and marketing.
- Prior to GE, Ed was in management consulting with OgilvyOne and Peppers & Rogers Group and has deep operational experience leading marketing, sales and business development activities for technology, aerospace, industrial and distribution companies.

- Executed disciplined marketing strategy and sourced over $3 billion in new investment opportunities.
- Completed $180 million in M&A transactions in 2018.
- Developed equity fund investment program targeting $75 million with direct co-investment rights. Closed $10 million investment with two leading private equity funds.
- Led $800 million divestiture of leveraged loan assets and created a strategic alliance with the acquiring firm to develop new strategic initiatives with GE Capital.
- Led joint venture team with Mubadala Development Corporation, a sovereign wealth fund partner, to invest in debtor-in-possession financing opportunities. Closed initial $40 million investment.
